The Admissions Office handles questions about applying to GCU programs, understanding program requirements, and learning about campus life. For prospective students interested in on-campus undergraduate programs, the admissions line typically processes initial inquiries about degree programs, campus tours, and application procedures. The Admissions Office can discuss program availability, general admission requirements, and connect prospective students with program-specific advisors.

GCU also operates separate admissions lines for specific populations of students. Online program inquiries may route through a different department than on-campus undergraduate admissions. Graduate program inquiries may connect with graduate admissions specialists. Prospective students should mention their intended program type (online or on-campus) and degree level (undergraduate or graduate) when calling, as this information helps route calls to the most relevant department.

The Admissions Office can provide general information about program options, curriculum structure, and what to expect during the admissions conversation. Staff members can discuss program schedules, delivery methods (online versus on-campus), and program costs. However, detailed financial information often comes through the Financial Aid Office rather than admissions.

Practical Takeaway: Before calling the main line, write down specific questions about your intended program. This preparation helps you get more detailed information during your call and demonstrates to the admissions staff what you're seeking.
